This September 29 2013 is celebrated as a World heart Day.

This year theme will be a “life-course approach to the prevention and control of cardiovascular disease (CVD) with a focus on women and children”. This is because healthy children lead to healthy adults and healthy adults lead to healthy families and communities.

Healthy Food habits and regular Exercises are the two basic factors, determines the healthy life.

What are the foods will prevent heart disease.
·         Fruits & vegetables
·         Grains
·         Fat free Milk and other milk products
·         Fish & eggs

Being active:

People of all ages who are physically active are less likely to get cardiovascular disease as those that are inactive.

Physical activity improves the quality of Life.

The American Heart Association recommends 30-minutes of moderate activity, but three 10-minute periods of activity are as beneficial to your overall fitness as one 30-minute session.

Physical activity not only boost your physical wellness, it also boosts mental wellness & prolongs your optimal health.
